How long will it take for me to receive my order?All books should be received within 5-7 working days

How long does delivery take for out-of-stock books?We’re hoping this doesn’t happen, but if we run low on stock we’ll make sure our orders are notified.

It’s been a while, and my order has not arrived. What should I do?Drop us an email to info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk letting us know and we’ll look into your order.

How do I return an order?We’d be really upset if you wanted to return an order but understand if you are unhappy in any way. Reach out to us at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk and we’ll organise for the book to be returned.

Can I cancel or change my order?Yes of course, email us as soon as possible at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk and we’ll sort that for you.

Do you deliver to Ireland, Europe or Internationally?We certainly can do. Postage will be calculated separately if required.

Do you accept National Book Tokens or World Book Day Tokens?I’m afraid we don’t. If this changes in the future we’ll make sure to publicise this on our website.

Can I pay by BACS?If you need to pay by BACS please contact us at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?Everyone will receive a thank you card from us. However, if your book is a gift and you’d like the author to write a special message inside please contact beckie@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk
