  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    All books should be received within 5-7 working days
  • How long does delivery take for out-of-stock books?
    We’re hoping this doesn’t happen, but if we run low on stock we’ll make sure our orders are notified.
  • It’s been a while, and my order has not arrived. What should I do?
    Drop us an email to info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk letting us know and we’ll look into your order.
  • How do I return an order?
    We’d be really upset if you wanted to return an order but understand if you are unhappy in any way. Reach out to us at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk and we’ll organise for the book to be returned.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Yes of course, email us as soon as possible at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk and we’ll sort that for you.
  • Do you deliver to Ireland, Europe or Internationally?
    We certainly can do. Postage will be calculated separately if required.
  • Do you accept National Book Tokens or World Book Day Tokens?
    I’m afraid we don’t. If this changes in the future we’ll make sure to publicise this on our website.
  • Can I pay by BACS?
    If you need to pay by BACS please contact us at info@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk
  • Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
    Everyone will receive a thank you card from us. However, if your book is a gift and you’d like the author to write a special message inside please contact beckie@perchedinthepeaks.co.uk
  • There is a problem with the website, can you help?
